Overcoming odds is shown in nectar in a sieve when ruki survives through everything that is thrown at her. She withstands moonsoon, drought, famin and much more. Overcoming obsticals can happen in many ways. And ruki shows many of them in nectar in a sieve.

Love is shown in a midsummer nights dream. Love is a very fradgile thing, and can be easily messed with. This is shown in midsummer nights dream when puck mixes up the young men and rearanges the love triange. Love is a questionable emotion but in the end works itself out. War is also shown in things fall apart when a woman is killed in one of the near villages. War can be caused by the simplest things and in the end solves nothing. It often harms both sides of people.
